Day One - Wednesday
Arrival Early Afternoon
- For our Japanese visitors, our services include pick-up a the Austin Bergham International Airport
with appropiate Japanese signage for convinience.
- Hotel Check-in
- Meet with all guests
- Rest time
- ID tags provided
- First Night party - Great live music, Texas BBQ, cold beer, wine, and soft drinks, until 10:00 pm.
- Return to the hotel
Day Two - Thursday
- Trip to the San Marcos Outlet Mall - Shoping
- Leave Austin at 11:00 am and return at 4pm . Please be aware that bus times are not flexible and late arrivals
may interrupt your planned schedule. In case of missing the bus, alternative transportation may be provided.
- Dinner
- Sixth Street/Red River area - The best live music and entertainment in town.
- Maps are provided for easy access to all venues.
Day Three - Friday
ACL
- All particiapnts will receive their pass for the entire weekend
- ACL check-in In the morning .
- Transportation from downtown to the festival is provided by the City of Austin for free daily.
Buses run quite frequently
and there is little wait.
Day Four - Saturday
- At this time, everybody is probably tired. We may even have a morning walk to Lake Austin,
if possible and visit the Stevie Ray Vaughan statue.
- From Friday night on there will be any number of extra parties in the downtown area for ACL festival goers.
Let everyone know about these parties. We'll attend the better ones.
Day Five - Sunday
- This is the last da at the festival. Have a lot of fun!
